Seafest weekend family SUP session

Sat 13th Sept: 11.30 - 13.00 - £15pp or £50 for a family of 4

Sun 14th Sept: 9.30 - 11.00 and 11.30 - 13.00 - £15pp or £50 for a family of 4

A fun session for all the family. We will introduce you to all the essentials of SUP with a focus on how to stay safe and have fun on the water.

All equipment included - board, paddle, wetsuit and buoyancy aid.

4. Instruction on SUP technique
5. Knee paddling
6. Kneeling to standing
7. Lots of coaching and encouragement
8. SUP journey and/or SUP games
9. Return to shore and next steps

Highlights

We will introduce you to the essentials of Stand-Up Paddle Boarding including equipment, safety, and technique.

We will select the best possible location for the session, get you standing and coach you on the correct paddling techniques. The session will also include lots of SUP skills, races and games to keep everyone entertained.

If conditions allow, the session may include a short coastal journey to explore the stunning surroundings of Firestone Bay and the Royal William Yard.
