ITC Level 3 Award in Outdoor First Aid

This comprehensive two-day course covers a wide range of First Aid emergencies, enabling all participants to deal with emergency situations with confidence in a prompt, safe and effective way, particularly where professional medical help is not immediately available. As a 16 hour outdoor first aid qualification, it fulfils the pre-requisite for the WSA SUP instructor pathway.

The qualification is designed to provide outdoor incident management skills. Delivery methods are predominantly practical and the course is assessed by continual observation of candidate performance, along with a written assessment on each day. A three year Level 3 Award in Outdoor First Aid will be issued to the learner, subject to successful assessment.

This Outdoor First Aid qualification is externally regulated and meets the standards to appear upon the national qualifications frameworks of England and Wales. This course is recognised throughout the UK and is the course of choice for experienced practitioners who use the outdoors.
