Hálogi Sauna & Ice Baths - Free Sessions*
Heating up the bank holiday, Hálogi’s sleek and innovative sauna will be opening its doors on Saturday 4th May, offering FREE sessions* to celebrate its arrival.
Hálogi’s sleek and innovative sauna is a cleverly converted horsebox, heated by a Finnish stove that maintains a constant 90°C temperature, and with space for up to six people. A contrast of fire and ice, three cold water tubs offer a rejuvenating ice bath plunge between or after sauna sessions – or users can head straight into the sea for a refreshing dip.
