Concertina Book Journalling - Arcade, Brewhouse

What could be better than creating little hand-made memories of things that make us happy? this Creative Concertina Journalling workshop combines art and words to do just that - and might just inspire you to make more tiny memories in the future!

Join me and learn the relaxing art of journalling - It's an opportunity to use ink pens and vivid watercolour paints to sketch what you see or think or feel.

And then if you fancy it, you can add words to accompany your images. It might be just a single word, or a phrase, or a poem. The choices are always yours. (but I'm here to guide and inspire too!)

In this workshop you will be inspired to create a small collection of whatever takes your fancy! You’ll be encouraged to think kindly, reflect on something good and create images that make you happy!

These thoughts, words and images will be collated into a small concertina book for you to remember your day. They might inspire future journalling projects to record a holiday, a summer adventure or a winter of cosiness, or perhaps to inspire a collection of things you love. Anything is possible - no experience is needed - just a little enthusiasm to do something new!
