About
SUP Yoga is a great way of improving your core strength while completely immersing yourself in nature to improve your practice. It allows you to naturally listen to your body and respond to the movements of the board – so you become truly present in the moment.
You'll be doing headstands on your board in no time (maybe!)
Itinerary
Meet at our Royal William Yard venue, with the option to leave belongings securely
Dry land intro to the kit, safety and paddling essentials
Walk the boards a few metres to the water's edge
A gentle paddle in Firestone Bay to warm up
Around an hour of super-chilled SUP Yoga
Back to The Shack for organic coffee and treats!
Included
Our SUP yoga sessions include all equipment, safety cover and qualified, experienced yoga instruction. You can also enjoy a complimentary hot drink from The Shack after your session.
What to bring
Warm clothes to wear on the water, water-shoes (if you have them), towel
Requirements
Good general physical fitness and confident swimmer.
As with all our SUP specials, you can purchase passes to paddle regularly for less.
