Join this session if you:
- have experience with sea/cold water swimmer
- looking to develop your distance in the water
- wish to benefit from the Blue Mind and cold water experience safely
This session will focus on cold water/sea swimming and sea safety. If you would like to be 'coached' through the process of managing cold water and a sea swimming introduction, please join the specific group.
The group will swim/dip between 200-1500m each session. We will be in the water for between 20-30 minutes. The group will be split into 2 mini groups (with one group swimming between 200-400m) and the other swimming up to 1500m.
This is a coached Open Water Swimming session based at the Royal William Yard/Firestone Bay, Plymouth. Safety cover will be provided by a qualified lifeguard.
