UK Weather Chase is a dedicated group of front-line storm chasers, who track and provide live coverage of severe weather around the UK – and they are heading to Royal William Yard for a special event this week.

The real-life UK Storm Chasers will unveil their new storm chasing vehicle and host a Q&A session at Everyman Plymouth on Friday 19th July, alongside a preview screening of the new Hollywood action movie, Twisters. Sam Whitfield founded UK Weather Chase in 2020 and his team travels and reports on storms across the UK, capturing the beauty and power of Mother Nature.

Head to Royal William Yard for 6:30pm on Friday to see the new UK Weather Chase vehicle, enjoy the exclusive preview screening of Twisters at 7pm, and stick around after the film for a live Q&A on storm chasing. The team will also provide some insights into the storm chasing documentary they are creating.

Aptly themed, Twisters explores a storm season like no other! The film is a standalone sequel to the hit 1996 film Twister, and stars Daisy Edgar-Jones and Glen Powell in leading roles. From the producers of Jurassic World, with Steven Spielberg as executive producer, and based on characters by Michael Crichton, this likely blockbuster is already gaining good reviews ahead of its opening.
