BLOCK Talks: ‘Joint Pain 101' with Dan Brooks Coaching
Aching back? Dodgy knees? Tennis elbow? If you’re experiencing any form of joint pain and you want more knowledge around what you can do to manage and prevent in the future, this session is for you.
BLOCK’s brand-new Personal Trainer, Dan Brooks will be hosting a relaxed session on Wednesday 21st February from 12:30pm – 1:00pm, discussing pain management and shedding light on alternative options to the traditional medical pathway.
Dan specialises in Strength, Movement and Rehabilitation with over 5000 hours of 1-2-1 experience, successfully coaching many runners and triathletes and has even competed in his own full Ironman.
Drawing on his own experience with pain management, Dan will be sharing some valuable tips on different management techniques and exercises, and how they can be implemented at different stages of your journey.
