A contrast of fire and ice, three cold water tubs offer a rejuvenating ice bath plunge between or after sauna sessions – or users can head straight into the sea for a refreshing dip, with a Sauna and Wellness Host on hand to greet and guide guests, a covered changing area, and deckchair seating all part of the set-up. Communal and Private bookings available.
