Located in the impressive surroundings of Plymouth’s Royal William Yard, Bistrot Pierre is a relaxed and friendly bistrot and the place to go for any occasion.
Bistrot Pierre’s ‘raison d’etre’ is great value French cooking and seasonal menus. They combine French bistrot classics such as steak-frites, boeuf bourguignon and tarte au citron with some fabulous new additions such as superfood salad or roast pork belly, there really is something for everyone.
The bistrot is situated in the New Cooperage building opening onto a large outdoor seated terrace, which overlooks a magnificent lawn upon which a local farmers’ market takes place on the first Sunday of every month.
Open seven days a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner, their two-course Prix fixe menu is served between 12pm and 3pm Monday – Friday for just £14.95 for two courses or £17.95 for three courses. They also offer gluten free and vegan dishes, a children’s menu as well as an extensive wine, drinks and cocktail list. Not forgetting Afternoon tea available 2.30-5pm for just £12.95 per person, this is very popular so it is highly recommended you book.
In 2018, they opened rooms by Bistrot Pierre in Residence one, a beautiful Grade II listed Admirals house which is just across the green from our bistrot.
Fancy a bite on the move? Bistrot Rapide is the iconic French red van which serves, baguettes, paninis, cakes and more, why not take a meal deal for just £6.75.
