This last week we have all experienced unprecedented times and have pulled together as a Yard community to work together and stay safe. We’ve had businesses here at the Yard since day one, people who’ve become friends and colleagues, with great relationships built over 15 years.

The Government made the decision to close restaurants, cafes and bars during the Coronavirus outbreak, which means a number of our much loved businesses will either close their doors temporarily or provide services to customers in a different way.

Some of the Yard's restaurants and our resident wine bar are offering takeaway and delivery services, so that a slice of Royal William Yard can be enjoyed in in the comfort of your own home. This includes Le Vignoble, Wagamama and Wildwood - check out their menus online.

Some of our independent retailers are still open for business, for instance Martin Bush is providing online sales (‪http://www.martinbush.co.uk/Gallery-MartinBush-COVID-19-Special-Online-Shopper-Deals.html‬) as is Identity Fashion (‪https://identityfashion.online‬). For those in need of some fresh air to blow away the cobwebs, a walk by the water to clear your head, or a run to boost your endorphins; Royal William Yard remains a perfect spot to visit, and our South West Coast Path is open.

We welcome tens of thousands of visitors to the Yard each year and we are always grateful for your support. Keep showing your support for our amazing local businesses however you can, and we look forward to seeing you soon. Watch this space as we will still be sharing plenty of highlights on social media and tag us in your favourite #YardLife photographs.
