​YardFit Lunchtime Fitness Sessions (tues & thurs)

We are excited to launch YardFit Lunchtime fitness sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Paul Shannon of Be:Unique Gym has been a familiar face at the Yard delivering monthly YardFit sessions on Saturday mornings for many years. Its great that we can now offer mid-week lunchtimes sessions for our community based here at Royal William Yard starting on Tuesday 17th March and Thursday 20th March.

Yard Fit is a group workout held within the grounds of Royal William Yard, where you will be supported by a like-minded group also looking to improve fitness and have fun. Come and enjoy a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) blast workout offering all over conditioning using body weight, and various tools such as battle rope, kettle bell and Bulgarian bag.

As a benefit of working at Royal William Yard your first session will be free of charge so you can try it out on us. Sessions will normally be charged at £6 per person and booking is essential.

The sessions starts at 12:45 – 13:35 but please arrive 10 minutes early.
