Ashtanga Yoga

Ashtanga Yoga is a dynamic and energetic form of yoga in which postures are linked in a flowing sequence through careful synchronisation of deep, regular breathing that uses the whole lung capacity. Classes led by Karen Jones.

Classes run every other Saturday at 10.15am - £6 (£5 concession for students/unwaged)
